Products can be returned. Products must be sent back within 7 days of delivery and once received the product will be assessed for wear and/or damage. If product is unworn and not damaged, full refund will be given minus original shipping costs.

Tote Bag Care:
We do not accept exchanges. If an item needs to be returned, we accept returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and once return is processed the amount refunded will be product cost and taxes (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
