Refund policy

In Person/Online Purchases from Bearded Ladies & Co:

Items may be exchanged/refunded within 14 days of purchase.  Items must show no sign of wear, use or being laundered to receive full refund or exchange credit.  

Processing Exchange/Refund:

Buyer can reach us via email at Thebeardedladiesandco@gmail.com to initiate return.  Buyer has option to return and receive full credit back to payment used to purchase, or buyer can exchange product and difference in charges will be collected or refunded.
Please note any shipping charges will be the responsibility of buyer unless product is defective or damaged which is the case of the return.  Original order shipping charges will not be refunded.

Retailer Purchases:

Items purchased from one of our retailers cannot be returned through Beardedladiesco.com, those items fall under the Return/Exchange Policy of the retailers.
