Order Processing Time:

5-7 business days; questions regarding the status of your order can be emailed to thebeardedladiesandco@gmail.com.

Shipping: 

Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs & fees, unless free shipping has been applied to the order.  Free Shipping promos are only ever offered for standard shipping, any shipping upgrades are charged accordingly.

 

General Shipping Policies:

Bearded Ladies & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and needs to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note Bearded Ladies & Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order has been sent. If your package becomes delayed or lost, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier information provided.
